The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. A washer and dryer are located on the lower level and are provided as is, with no owner responsibility for repair or replacement. Additional conveniences include central air and lower level laundry. Tenants are responsible for electric, gas, and all lawn and snow care. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. Some pets are allowed with a $300 non refundable deposit and $25 per pet per month. Criteria for renting; No evictions within the last 5 years, your monthly income needs to be at least 3 times the rental amount unless you are receiving a housing voucher. Applicant MUST have a clean background. You will need to submit an application if you would like to schedule a showing. Once you see the rental then you will need to submit to a soft credit check, background, and eviction check, which costs $35/applicant, unless you have done so within the last 35 days and can provide your report.
