It also includes in-home laundry with a washer and dryer, and a welcome kit with essential toiletries and kitchen items. Optional services include pool heating and a barbecue grill. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $35 plus tax per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill available at the property. Located in Storey Lake Resort, this home is just 4 miles from Disney World and minutes away from Universal, Sea World, spectacular outlet shopping, and fine dining options. Guests can enjoy resort-style amenities such as a lagoon pool, lazy river, and gym. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If you bring a pet without previous authorization, you will be charged a non-refundable penalty fee of $500 plus tax per stay. In case of any signs of smoking in the house, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax charged. There will be an additional $100 fee plus tax charged for an excessive amount of trash left in the house or overflowing bins. Guest agrees not to set the temperature lower than 70ºF or above 78ºF degrees.
