Centrally located on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this apartment is close to the strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk, and near boutiques and souvenir shops. It's a short drive to the SkyWheel, Fun Plaza Arcade, Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Huntington State Park, Myrtle Beach Safari T.I.G.E.R.S, and The Ripken Experience. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. Grilling is prohibited with a penalty of $200 for violations. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. Gatherings of more than 4 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may result in eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. The apartment features upgraded internet, perfect for working from the beach with speeds of 200mbs/20mbs per unit.
