Welcome to Mandevilla, a charming retreat in Martinique on the Gulf in beautiful Ft Morgan, where coastal living meets comfort and convenience. Feel at home in this delightful 3-bedroom home, located just a short stroll from the pristine beaches of the Gulf Coast. This property features a spacious layout and inviting decor. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze or unwind on the deck patio with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the sun. After a day at the beach, take advantage of the shared hot tub, spa sauna, and both indoor and outdoor pools for a refreshing dip. A 4-seater golf cart is included. Parking is available for a maximum of 2 cars in the driveway of the property. Parking is not allowed on the street, in the yard, or in the condo parking lot. The parking fee is included in the total amount. Ideal for families and small groups, this property offers a peaceful escape with the convenience of nearby attractions, dining, and shopping. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, or building sandcastles at Gulf Shores Public Beach, just a short walk or golf cart ride away. Visit Waterville USA / Escape House, a fun-filled water and amusement park, or take a leisurely stroll on Gulf State Park Pier. Explore the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo or enjoy the thrills at The Track – Gulf Shores amusement park. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is not allowed in the house or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking. Fitness working hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, and fitness admittance is by access device only. For the pool, an adult must accompany all persons sixteen (16) years of age or under. Beach towels are not provided. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.
