This recently renovated corner property features a private fenced-in backyard and a large front yard. The first floor includes a kitchen, full bathroom, living room, dining room, and two bedrooms. The second floor offers two bedrooms and another full bathroom. The washer and dryer are easily accessible inside the house. The tastefully designed living room includes a 75'' TV. There is also a guest annex with a private shower, toilet, vanity, and a full murphy bed, with a split unit heating/cooling system. The home has central heating and cooling. Driveway and garage parking are available. For any number of guests over six, there is an extra charge of $50 per guest per night. The neighborhood is in a perfect location for a day at the beach or a stroll on the boardwalk. Asbury Park is a short 10-minute ride away. The train is only two blocks from the house, but the best way to get around is with a car. Hosting parties, gatherings of friends, or excessive loud music is strictly prohibited and is subject to a $500 fine and immediate termination of the reservation. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed in or around the property, and is subject to a $300 fine and immediate termination of the reservation. There is a total limit of eight guests staying over or allowed on the property at all times. There is a $150 fee for replacement of a missing key or remote.
