The living area boasts an open living room with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and natural light, along with a dining area suitable for meals or remote work. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cooking essentials, a coffee maker, a toaster, and full cookware. The home features three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a queen bed and quality bedding, Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. There are two full bathrooms with updated fixtures and fresh towels. Enjoy the private backyard and seating area, although it is not fenced. Pets are welcome at the property at the cost of $10 per pet per day. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed.
