The master bedroom features a king-size bed suitable for 2 adults and a child. The second bedroom has two double beds, sleeping 4, while the third bedroom offers two single beds for 2 guests. The living room includes a pull-out couch that can sleep 1 to 2 additional guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and proximity to Disney and other local attractions. Perfect for families and groups seeking a relaxing getaway. Only 1 parking spot is offered per reservation. Early check-in and late check-out are available, subject to availability, and have an extra cost of $50. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
