Modern conveniences include unlimited Wi-Fi, a Roku TV, fresh linens, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer, and an iron. The well-equipped kitchen awaits with a full suite of appliances and cookware, as well as a coffee maker and toaster. Early check-in and late check-out are available, subject to availability, for an extra cost of $50. Pets are allowed for an extra $150 fee. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, with quiet hours enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM. Any unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in a $500 fee, and subsequent noise complaints will incur a $100 charge per complaint. Indoor smoking is also prohibited, with a $500 fee for violations. Please ensure all trash is properly disposed of in designated areas to avoid a $100 penalty. Check-in is available after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM sharp. Any unauthorized late check-outs will incur penalties. Any damage to the property or common areas will be subject to pro-rated auto-chargebacks from your booking account. The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just overnight guests. Any additional guests may incur charges or lead to immediate cancellation without refund. Upon check-out, please remember to turn off all lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you.
