Each bedroom is equipped with a TV for your entertainment. The spacious den features a large TV and a cozy sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a day of golf, beach, or exploring. Step out onto the screen porch to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Additionally, this unit provides access to a community pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days and enjoying some fun in the sun. Experience the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility in this delightful River Club retreat. The apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and coffee maker. The pool has seasonal availability based on the time of year. Access is subject to change without notice. Guests can enjoy a valuable credit of $18 a day towards beach gear rentals during their stay, which can be used for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more. Additional services include grocery delivery, in-home chef services, on-site massages, manicures, pedicures, and babysitting arrangements. Pawleys Island is a private, family-oriented beach on the South Carolina coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. The beaches are never crowded, and there are no big box stores or high-rise hotels or condominium complexes. It is one of the oldest vacation communities in the U.S., with families visiting since the mid-1700s. Natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, a nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. Pawleys Island is more than a vacation destination; it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Low Country Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners. The property is private, well-maintained, hygienic, and sanitized—a safe and private space for you and your family. Linens and terry are cleaned and sanitized at our commercial laundry.
