The dining area includes a farmhouse-style table, and the chef's kitchen offers a modern range and oven with access to the back deck and fenced yard. The main floor bedroom has two full beds with a privacy curtain instead of a door. The master bedroom includes a king bed and full en-suite bathroom with a tub and Smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a Smart TV, and the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, twin bed, and Smart TV. All bedrooms have dressers with plenty of storage, and there are two more full bathrooms upstairs. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned from the yard. Evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair, stains, or waste will incur cleaning costs. Located in the heart of uptown Columbus, this home is in a great location walkable to various attractions and dining options. While many homes have been renovated, several on the block await restoration. The home is about 1.5 miles south of downtown Columbus, 0.4 miles east of the Coca Cola Space Science Center, and 0.8 miles south of the Riverwalk. Walkable to multiple areas, Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there are two on-site parking spots. The home offers contact-free check-in via a digital door code, ensuring maximum privacy. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect neighbors. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge.
