Welcome to this comfortable Disney-area townhouse in Davenport, designed for families and groups looking to relax and recharge together. This entire townhouse offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across two levels, giving your group space to spread out while still gathering together. Feel at home in this retreat that sleeps 10 and features 9 beds. The main living area is open and inviting, with comfortable seating and a TV that’s ready for movie nights or downtime between outings. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a full set of appliances and ample counter space. A dining table offers room to gather for meals, games, or planning the day ahead. For longer stays, a washer and dryer are available in the home. During your stay, you’ll have access to the nearby resort facilities at ChampionsGate where you can enjoy the resort-style pool, lazy river, water slide, fitness center, movie theater, game room, playground, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and golf facilities, including the clubhouse and pro shop. Pool heat is available for an additional charge of $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice requested. The townhouse is centrally located in Davenport, with easy access to major attractions, dining options, and everything ChampionsGate has to offer, making it a practical base for your entire stay. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in Florida. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum guest count is 10 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 3 cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. If guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules, the reservation may be terminated without refund, and/or monetary fines may be pursued. Includes a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi.
