Welcome to your easygoing Boynton Beach stay, where warm weather and relaxed living set the tone for your getaway. This rental unit sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bath. Feel at home in this entire rental unit with a private entrance. This rental unit is designed for comfortable, uncomplicated stays. Inside, you’ll find a bright living area where you can stretch out after a beach day and unwind with the TV. A full kitchen is available for preparing meals at home. Air conditioning and heating help keep the interior comfortable throughout the year. Enjoy the private backyard with a hammock, seating, and BBQ grill. An outdoor shower is available, and a free washer and dryer are located in the building. The home is pet-friendly. Boynton Beach is known for its beaches, outdoor activities, and dining options. You’ll find restaurants and local spots just a short drive away, along with easy access to the area’s coastal attractions. Experience Old Florida charm in Boynton Beach with amazing restaurants and boutiques along Ocean Avenue. There are canopy-covered walkways leading a wide stretch of sand at Oceanfront Park. There are plenty of shops to check out along Congress Avenue corridor and Renaissance Commons. You'll find easy access for canoes, kayaks and paddleboards as well as shaded picnic areas and a playground. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. We welcome furry friends, however, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required. We allow up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). A pet fee applies. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
