This property is pet-friendly, with a pet fee and security deposit applied for one house-trained dog under 50 lbs. Boynton Beach is celebrated for its inviting beaches, outdoor activities, and diverse dining options. Restaurants, shops, and coastal attractions are just a short drive away, giving you easy access to the best the area has to offer. Experience Old Florida charm with amazing restaurants and boutiques along Ocean Avenue, and canopy-covered walkways leading to a wide stretch of sand at Oceanfront Park. You'll find plenty of shops along the Congress Avenue corridor and Renaissance Commons, with easy access to parks like Jaycee Park and Gulfstream Park. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Exterior security cameras are on the building corners for security purposes. The washer and dryer are shared with the unit above and are not inside the unit. Propane for the BBQ grill is provided by the guests. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
