House-trained pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged starting from the seventh guest. This welcoming Rowlett neighborhood offers a peaceful, suburban atmosphere with easy access to parks, dining, and shopping. Lake Hubbard is less than 5 minutes away. Enjoy a family-friendly environment with plenty of local amenities, including recreation spots for outdoor activities. The quiet streets provide a calm setting, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring or work.
