Feel at home in this spacious 5-bedroom home located in Windsor at Westside, a luxurious resort community near Orlando and Kissimmee. This home offers easy access to Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and other attractions. This home features a living room, dining room, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer. There are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas and an outdoor patio. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make a delicious meal. Enjoy free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. You have the option to add heat to the private pool. A pet fee of $150 is applied if you bring up to one house-trained dog. Located in the sought-after Windsor at Westside community, this home is a short walk from the clubhouse and offers easy access to world-class dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. The resort is located off state road 192 and US 27, near I-4, and just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 10. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed one per reservation, and only one car may park in back of the home. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. During inclement weather, we do not advise using the pool. The garage is off limits; therefore, indoor parking is not available.
