Feel at home in this vacation home located in Davenport, just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. This spacious home features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This home offers a comfy living area, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy access to a free washer/dryer, outdoor pool loungers, and exclusive access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Located in the beautiful Solterra Resort, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on your agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are also must-see destinations. Everything you need is at your fingertips, and Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. Kissimmee Station is a 22-minute drive and Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) is a 27-minute drive. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. There are additional parking spots on the street next to the home (these are not reserved for the home and we cannot guarantee their availability). Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it could result in fines up to $300. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
