This condo features a modern kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, cutlery, cookware, microwave, glassware, and silverware. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Enjoy access to the balcony from the living room, which includes couches, side chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The property also offers access to a heated pool, two spas, a fitness center with top-notch equipment, and a seasonal tiki bar. A private walkway provides direct and easy access to the shoreline. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo, and smart TVs are perfect for streaming your favorite shows. A pet fee of $200 per pet applies, with a limit of 2 pets (unless otherwise approved). With dining, shopping, and family attractions just steps away, this condo is near Pier Park, St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, WonderWorks, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Top local restaurants include Firefly, Schooners, Pineapple Willy’s, Grand Marlin, Runaway Island Beach Bar & Grill, Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant, and Dusty’s Oyster Bar. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. Smoking outdoors must occur at least 10 feet away from doors, windows, and balconies. A $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. A $500 fine per pet will apply if a pet is brought without disclosure, fee payment, or completion of the required pet registration form prior to check-in. If evidence of a pet is found and the number of pets is unknown, it will be assumed that at least one pet was present for the purpose of assessing the fine. Guests must be over 25 to book this property. Maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed per condo. This condo is ideal for remote work, with comfortable spaces for working remotely. Linens and a starter set of toiletries are provided, including one bath towel and one washcloth per guest, plus two extras, one bathmat per shower, two hand towels per bathroom sink, two kitchen towels and one sponge, dish soap, two dishwasher pods, two laundry pods, one roll of paper towels, one to two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a bar of soap at each bathroom sink, and travel-size shampoo and conditioner. Please keep in mind these are self-catering properties. Though we supply these items as listed above, you are required to clean (linen and towels) as needed for your use. As listed above, we only provide started packs of these items to allow you to settle quickly once you get checked in. You will need to purchase additional items such as Shampoo, Conditioner, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels and any other items not listed here you may need for your stay.
