New flooring! Gorgeous. Optionally have private clients for yoga / dance / accounting... Huge Deck and Garden. Wide and deep garden with established flowering plants including trees. Sunroom Utilities + unlimited super-speed internet = average $160/month. Toronto average for 1-bedroom back in 2019: $232.88 (source: torontostoreys. com 2019 03 cost-of-living-single-toronto) Great other tenants in the house. Have your own space but be part of something greater. Tenants gather roughly once a month for skill-sharing events. Central a/c (air conditioning) with individual sub-controls. Thermostat in your apartment. Interconnected fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors throughout house. (No false alarms.) 5 minute walk to Keele subway, or take the bus at the corner. 1 minute to each of 2 great parks (skating + farmer's market + best tobogganing). 2 minutes to a community centre with swimming pool, etc.. 6 minute walk to High Park. 3 minutes bike to No Frills (in the Junction). Express bus to York U. Tenants bike / rollerblade / ride electric scooter downtown via Waterfront Trail. Parking: free northbound Keele anytime except 4-6 M-F, or on side streets with parking permit ($18). Bike storage possible. Carpet replaced by planks, but a better camera was used for the photos with the carpet, so I'm showing both. Good neighbourhood. Charming home. Many great restaurants in The Junction. Cat? Dog? Let's talk. No smoking inside. We love this house! Come see? References and/or background check required. --- keywords not in text: washer, dryer, TTC, The Junction
