The window AC unit and washer and dryer are included. It has a fully fenced front yard and back/side yard. Off-street and street parking are available. Walking distance to Northtown Mall, Trader Joes, and Franklin Park. 2 Dogs max allowed. Dogs must weigh at least 35 lbs each. Tenant pays: Electricity based on usage. Flat rate of $200/month for water, sewer, and garbage. Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit (which is the same amount as one month's rent). The security deposit may be paid over time.
