Relax in the open living area with plush leather sofas, a wide-screen TV, and a surround-sound entertainment system. Enjoy meals together in the elegant dining area with seating for six, or at the casual kitchen island. The villa offers five beautifully decorated bedrooms. Two master suites feature king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms for added privacy. Two queen bedrooms and a vibrant twin bedroom provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including modern appliances, a coffee maker, and ample counter space for preparing family meals. Step outside to your private screened-in pool and spa, complete with LED night lighting. Relax on the patio’s lounge chairs or enjoy alfresco dining under the covered lanai. Stay entertained with a game room, TVs in every bedroom, free Wi-Fi, and a DVD library. For little ones, a high chair and pack-n-play are included. Laundry facilities and a starter pack of essentials are also provided. Pool and spa heat is available for $35 per day with a minimum of 3 days, and must be requested 7 days prior to check-in. A cleaning fee applies to all stays, with mid-stay cleaning available for an additional fee. Legacy Park is just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and a short drive to other Orlando attractions. Enjoy the tranquility of the conservation area nearby, or explore the vibrant local dining and shopping options. There is limited parking at the property address. Two vehicles are allowed to be parked in the driveway provided they do not block sidewalks, park on the streets, or on the grass. The parking of RVs is prohibited in the community. Vehicles can be towed at the owner’s expense if rules are not followed. If the issue escalates, guests can be trespassed by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and the property manager/owner will be notified. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests. No parties and no pets are allowed. No outside guests (visitors) without contacting management. The driveway accommodates 2 cars with extremely limited street parking. Help us keep this home in excellent condition by leaving it as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs attention, kindly let us know. A guest screening process will be conducted, and further instructions will be provided to complete this step.
