Enjoy 25mbps speed Wi-Fi, although wireless speeds may vary. Extra and concierge services are optional and not included in the reservation price. These services include pet fees, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check-in, late check-out, and mid-stay cleanings. A pool heating service is available for an additional fee of $35 plus tax per day with a minimum of three consecutive days. A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill available at the property. Baby items such as a Pack n' Play, stroller, and baby security gate are complimentary for all stays. Strategically located in Kissimmee, Lucaya Village Resort is close to Disney-themed parks and other special attractions, offering incredible features for the whole family. This property is not pet-friendly, but service animals and emotional support animals are welcome with a written request at the time of reservation. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. The property is 100% smoke-free, and any signs of smoking will incur an additional non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests are expected to empty full trash bins and dispose of garbage bags appropriately, with a $100 fee plus tax for excessive trash left in the house.
