The parking fee is included in the total amount with a one-car limit. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama, Clearwater 2A offers breathtaking beach and pool views. Local attractions include Gulf Shores Golf Club, Waterville USA, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, and The Wharf, all within a short drive. The condo adheres to enhanced cleaning practices and offers self check-in and check-out for a seamless experience. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and a State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. There are security cameras installed outside for your safety and protection. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed.
