The private driveway accommodates space for 2 vehicles. Optional services are available for an extra fee, including pool heating, BBQ grill rental for poolside cookouts, and theme park ticket sales to all major attractions. The Manors at Westridge is a peaceful, gated community located in the heart of Davenport, Florida. Perfectly positioned just minutes from the excitement of Orlando’s world-famous attractions, this quiet neighborhood offers guests a relaxed and secure environment to unwind after a day of fun. Conveniently situated off US-27, this community provides quick access to Walt Disney World Resort in approximately 20 minutes, Universal Studios and SeaWorld in 30–35 minutes, and ChampionsGate and Posner Park for shopping and dining in just 10–15 minutes. Several top-rated golf courses, including Highlands Reserve and ChampionsGate Golf Club, are nearby, and Orlando International Airport is about 40 minutes away. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Pets are not permitted, and a charge of $450 will apply if a pet is discovered in the home. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and early arrival can be arranged for an additional fee if the home is available. Check-out is before 10:00 AM, with a $75 non-arranged late check-out fee if not vacated on time. Guests are required to take out trash on designated days, and failure to do so will incur a $50 pickup charge. The air conditioning should not be set below 74 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent system issues. Guests must abide by all community and Homeowner Association rules, including parking regulations and no events policy. Violations can result in fines up to $500 per incident. Firearms and illegal activities are prohibited, and any violations will result in eviction without refund.
