The ground floor suite has one bedroom, and an open concept living room/kitchen/office space with south facing windows into the front garden and lots of daylight. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub and udpated kitchen appliances. Looking for friendly, a responsible tenant(s) for a long term rental. Perfect for a couple. Rent includes high speed wifi and utilities. Friendly community house, outdoor bbq and shared garden. Close to all major shops, and conveniently located near express bus lines to downtown, UBC and Commercial Drive, but the house itself is on a quiet, peaceful street with lots of trees. It is unfurnished, but I sometimes have extra furniture that might help out. Quiet after 10pm. No pets, no parties.
