Enjoy this travel haven on your next adventure! You'll have your own private home and enjoy a king-size bed in the master and a queen-size bed in each of the other two bedrooms. There is also a bonus space with two queens, all with a 3" memory foam topper and lots of comfy pillows. A full closet for all your items, ceiling fans, and a sitting area make your stay feel more like home. Two full bathrooms and a powder room on the main level are freshly stocked with clean towels and great Wi-Fi throughout. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen along with a Keurig. Beautiful, clean, modern, and in a prime location, it's hard to beat this private home. Great for quick one-night stays, multi-day visits to local businesses or conferences, or weekend getaways to the beautiful Utah outdoors. A 72" Smart TV in the living room, fully stocked kitchen, and play den make this space unbeatable. You can park in the garage, in the driveway, or on the street in front of our home. Up to two dogs are allowed with a fee: $50 for one dog and $100 for two dogs. Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Early check-in or late check-out is available through the digital guestbook, subject to availability and a small fee. We love American Fork because it is the central location for Utah Valley. We are only 20 minutes from Provo, 35 minutes to Sundance, 40 minutes to Salt Lake Airport, and 60 minutes from Park City. We're only 2 minutes off the I-15 freeway, providing easy access to anywhere in Salt Lake County or Utah County. Thanksgiving Point and The Outlets at Traverse Mtn are local hot spots just a 10-minute drive away. We have hundreds of YELP-worthy local eateries and tons of shopping located near our home. Lyft, Uber, and Uber Eats are very active in our area. To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors to maintain a great experience for everyone. This is a smoke-free home, with no smoking or vaping and no recreational drug use. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors. We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
