Parking for one vehicle is included in the rent in the building's secure underground garage. Parking garage clearance is 6' (1.80m) and maximum length is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. Check-in is from 4pm P.S.T. and you will be personally checked in by your host. Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out, guests are kindly asked to put the towels in the washer and turn on, put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. All our properties are non-smoking. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Minimum age to rent is 25. Pets are not permitted. Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building. No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance. The living area includes a work desk for those who wish to work from home.
