The kitchen is open style. There is a balcony which faces the courtyard. The building has a large rooftop patio, great for getting outside without the need to be at street level. Laundry is available in the building. Parking is not included, however, parking can be rented from the building directly at a rate of $70/month. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in this one.
