A pet fee of $75 will be charged if you bring pets, covering extra cleaning. The driveway accommodates four cars, providing ample parking space. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please respect the property and neighbors by refraining from outdoor noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and exceeding the maximum number of guests will incur a $150/night fee. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with a $400 fee for violations. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval will incur an extra charge of $100. The property requires identity verification for all guests aged 18 and older, and guests should remain reachable through the platform during their stay. For security purposes, there is one security camera and one video doorbell at the front of the house.
