Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property and a $250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance, and a $200 fine for leaving the kayaks on the pool. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
