With a fully equipped kitchen perfect for family meals, a cozy living area to relax, and a private patio for some outdoor relaxation, you’ll feel right at home. Enjoy resort amenities like a sparkling pool, hot tub, and game room to keep everyone entertained. Each bedroom comes with a flat-screen TV, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable—just a short drive to Disney World, Universal Studios, and other top Orlando attractions. A $22 per day plus tax is charged when accessing the resort amenities. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty is charged for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. A $200 fine applies for leaving the kayaks on the pool; kindly return them to the designated place. Do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging, please use the trash can. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
