The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to cook your favorite meals. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, luxurious linens, and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet and shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and is just as comfortable and stylish as the master. Free parking is provided in front of the building. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, you'll be just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. With easy access to major highways, you're a short drive from downtown Indianapolis and its many attractions. Whitestown offers a variety of amenities and attractions, including restaurants, bars, shopping centers, parks, and cultural attractions. You can access the building through the main entrances. We ask that you be respectful of the home and community. You can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Only registered guests can use the amenities and no outsiders and visitors are allowed. CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. Amenities are not for commercial use. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. Absolutely no smoking, there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying for utilities used during their stay. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on the premises. All units come equipped with noise sensors. Following multiple warnings, local law enforcement may be utilized to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.
