Inside, the open-concept living and dining area offers cozy seating and space to dine for four. The fully equipped kitchen features premium stainless-steel appliances, a gas stove, quartz countertops, a waterfall kitchen island, and ample storage including a pantry. Retreat to the main bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and a sleek ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a double bed. Enjoy added comfort with in-suite laundry, a heat pump, and smart TVs in both the main bedroom and living area. High-speed Wi-Fi is also included. The apartment includes two parking spots, one secure underground parking spot and one open-air space parking spot under the roof. Building amenities include a secure entry, rooftop patio with a shared amenity room, a 1,000 sqft gym, and the modern, newly constructed Triple Crown Building. Conveniently located near Costco, Home Depot, Florence Lake, shopping, dining, and scenic hikes, easy highway access makes commuting to downtown Victoria or exploring the Malahat region a breeze. Check-in is from 4pm P.S.T. and check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out, guests are kindly asked to put the towels in the washer and turn it on, put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator, and dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay and are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage. The garage height is 6'8" (2.03 m), so ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. Storage space for bikes is provided. All properties are non-smoking, and city and strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies, or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets are not permitted. The functionality of building amenities during your stay cannot be guaranteed, as this is beyond control. Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building. No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance. Includes a work desk, two smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, an electric fireplace, in-suite laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning with a heat pump. A laptop computer is not included.
