Condo Unit features: - 2 Bedrooms (each with a queen bed & ceiling fans) - 2 Full Bathrooms - In Unit Washer and Dryer - All Kitchen Appliances (Microwave, dishwasher, Toaster, Etc) - Cozy Dining Room w/ seating for 6 - Comfortable Living Room with TV, Stereo, Movies and Games - Sleeper Sofa - Covered Patio Condo Complex amenities include: - 2 Lighted Tennis Courts - Racquetball Court - Private Beach w/ 4 tiki huts - 2 Pools (one beachfront) - Beachfront Hot Tub - Putting Green - Shuffleboard - Children's Play Area - Clubhouse - Car Wash Station The Bermuda Bay complex consists of both the young and old, singles and families. The property has a gated entrance and pvt security. The grounds include mature lush tropical vegetation, a private sandy beach, two heated pools, jacuzzi hot tub, lighted tennis courts, racquetball, playground, putting green and access to a neighboring bird sanctuary. Nearby recreation includes Fort DeSoto (2010 most beautiful beach in America), golf, tennis, marinas, bicycling and great dining. Downtown St. Petersburg is a short 5 minute drive. Tampa is 20 miles and Orlando is just over an hour drive. The $1,500 per month rent includes - internet - cable tv - all utilities - 2 kayaks for your personal use Note: We require 1 month security deposit, and a $200 cleaning fee is required.
