Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service days. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and if signs of smoking are found, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in the provided bins, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal.
