The three bedrooms include a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a room with two twin bunk beds. The kitchen is fully stocked, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use. The open-concept kitchen and living space features a wall of windows providing nature views, and the 6-person dining table is perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. The home is situated in a spacious, secluded, wooded area with Beaver Lake accessible by a staircase/path in the backyard. Explore Rogers and Beaver Lake, with the house located just 2.9 miles from Rocky Branch Marina and 15 miles from Downtown Rogers, offering a variety of restaurants and shops. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. The Wi-Fi speed is generally slow and the connection is intermittent. Guests do not have access to the boat dock, and boat parking is not allowed due to Beaver Lake rules.
