Welcome to your vacation rental home located in the peaceful neighborhood of Willoughby Acres in north Naples, Florida. This single-family pool home features an extended screened lanai with a tiki bar, gas grill, pool, and an extra-large backyard with fruiting trees and a huge Banyan tree providing tons of shade. The south-facing pool is a heated, saltwater pool for your enjoyment. The home offers three full bedrooms along with a den and two pull-out sofas, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. Completely refurnished in 2021, this home includes two king beds, one full-sized bed, and two full-sized pull-out beds. The main bedroom suite is very large, featuring a beautiful king bed, a full-sized sofa bed, a large dresser with a mirror, slider access to the pool and lanai, and a full en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops with a large center island with a waterfall edge, and four counter-height bar stools. The casual dining area includes a picnic-style table and multiple outdoor seating areas, including an outdoor dining set for six and a tiki bar with seating for four. This pet-friendly home allows one or two non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited. The garage is set up as a game room and not for parking. The pool is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate, though the temperature can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. Located in the heart of north Naples near Immokalee Road and Airport Road, the home is just over four miles from Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park Beach. With four cruiser bikes provided, you can easily bike or walk to nearby attractions like Pipers Crossing Plaza, which offers a variety of dining options. Willoughby Acres is pedestrian-friendly, with a small playground and walking paths nearby, and is connected to the neighboring community of Palm River, which offers miles of roads to explore. This is a self-check-in property, and you will receive the codes to check in once full payment is received, two weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically between each reservation. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. It is best to have a vehicle as Naples is a large metro area, and the property is about a 30-minute drive to the Fort Myers International Airport. The home and TVs come with full access to Disney Plus, Netflix, and Samsung TV streaming services, along with high-speed Wi-Fi.
