Enter the home through the front door using a code provided at check-in. To the left of the foyer is the main living space, featuring two sleeper sofas and the original fireplace (not for use). The dining room, with a table for six, is on your right. Beyond the dining room, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for all your cooking needs, with a laundry room conveniently located off the kitchen. Through the original French doors is the master bedroom, offering a queen and full bed, along with an ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom features a queen bed, both sharing the hallway bathroom. Don't miss the spacious backyard with a charming porch, charcoal grill, and picnic table. This pet-friendly home requires pets to be crated when left unattended and prohibits them on furniture or beds. A non-refundable pet fee applies, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair or waste. Nestled in a transitioning neighborhood, this home offers a family-friendly atmosphere. While some guests have expressed concerns about the neighborhood, many find it welcoming and secure. The area provides limited parking, with space for four cars in the driveway and no street parking. Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient transportation. Guests can enjoy contact-free check-in via a digital door code, ensuring maximum privacy. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect neighbors.
