The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooktop and ample counter space, making meal prep a breeze. Enjoy meals together in the dining room, which seats six, or at the four-seater bar top. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Located just half a mile from Lake Erie and a quick 7-minute drive to Historic Downtown Willoughby, you'll have access to excellent restaurants, shops, and amenities. Plus, it's only a 20-minute drive to Downtown Cleveland for even more attractions and activities. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and a $500 fine is imposed for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 charge applies for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. Checkout instructions are not mandatory but appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests. For those working remotely, the home offers two dedicated desk workstations, making it remote work-friendly.
