The elevator is not wide enough to accommodate most wheelchairs. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm to 8am. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Unauthorized parties may lead to prosecution under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. Smoking or lighting anything indoors is prohibited and may result in a $300 cleaning fee.
