There is a shed in the yard, the covered patio covers the back of the home and there is access from the primary bedroom. The family room and dining room have a two-sided fire place between them. The Primary suite has a garden tub, double vanity and walk-in shower. The kitchen has all of the appliances and there are hook-ups for your washer and dryer in the laundry closet. Please call to set up a time to view or ask questions. Tenant will turn on all utilities into their name before moving into the home and will be responsible for those services. All prospective tenants 18 years of age and older must submit an application. The cost is $60.00 per application and they are non-refundable. We require 2.5 times the rent in gross monthly income, no evictions in the last 3 years, and no judgements. *Bonus Amenity Included* - A portion of resident's total monthly amount due will be used to have HVAC filters regularly delivered to their doorstep under the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program.
