Enjoy the spacious living area with seating for the whole family and a private pool with an option to add heat. The indoor and outdoor dining areas provide plenty of space for gatherings, and the outdoor patio comes with a grill and loungers. Additionally, guests have free access to the community water park and clubhouse amenities. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior approval and a pet fee, subject to a security deposit. Parking accommodates up to three vehicles in the driveway. Windsor at Westside is a sought-after community offering first-class amenities, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, and more. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, the property is just ten miles from Disney World and other world-famous attractions. The neighborhood provides ample shopping, dining, and entertainment options, ensuring everything you need is within reach. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $250. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No smoking, drugs, or firearms are allowed on the property, and fireworks are prohibited. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Trash must be bagged and disposed of properly to avoid fines.
