Positioned at the crossroads of the West Village, SoHo, and TriBeCa, this unique loft blends history, luxury, and convenience. The loft features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, luxury linens, and premium bath products. In-unit washer/dryer is available, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay. Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one-time $350 charge. Utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay. Once known as the city's printing district and still a buzzing media hub, Hudson Square is home to the Charlton-King-Vandam Historic District with Federal-style and Greek Revival townhouses from the 1820s. Kids can enjoy hands-on training at the Children’s Museum of the Arts, and the New York City Fire Museum displays vintage equipment in a 1904 firehouse. Cozy restaurants and bars include the Ear Inn, dating from 1817. This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for remote work.
