Kitchen amenities include a four-burner gas stove with oven, a refrigerator, and a breakfast bar. The second level home features a bedroom and a bath with stall shower. A sheltered private patio provides a wonderful outdoor living space. On site coin operated laundry. No on-site parking available, on street parking available on a first come basis.
