Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals. STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. The second bedroom has a King sized bed, while the third bedroom offers a Full bed and a Twin bunk bed. Extras include a gas grill, bikes, beach chairs, beach cart and a brand new electric vehicle charger in the garage to utilize. Located along the west side of the canal in Carolina Beach, Carolina Bay is a waterfront condominium community with a seasonal pool, picnic grounds, and clubhouse. Carolina Bay is only about a ten minute walk to beach access and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. *This home is a vacation rental and is currently listed for sale. It is subject to the Vacation Rental Act, which requires that all reservations within 180 days of closing be honored by law. Showings may be scheduled with advance notice. Lease terms remain in effect.*
