Basement is finished with a family room, office, and bathroom. * Large 100% fenced backyard with a nice deck overlooking it all * 3-bedroom unit with a 4th room with French doors in the basement alongside the basement family room * Application fee $30 and we check credit, employment, and a landlord reference. Anybody who signs the lease must complete a application. * Pets are negotiable.
