Nice side by side duplex with attached one stall garage and an attached fenced in side yard . this unit is easily accessible with only one step needed to get into the unit. After entering all is on one level except for a basement family room and one legal bedroom in the basement . Newer paint and newer carpet and it shows well . Small kitchen with newer frig and stove but it does have an eat in area large enough for a small table . Pets are negotiable but an extra $25 pet fee is required . $30 application fee and we check credit (600 minimum), employment, and a Landlord Reference . Managed by Best Choice Property Management .
