Hello, we are two male professionals in our 30s seeking a new roommate because our current roommate is moving back to France to pursue the next chapter of her career. This is a ground floor unit with a huge living room, solid kitchen (gas range), a great patio (with propane grill) and lots of natural light. You will have a private bedroom and be sharing the bathroom with one of us. Great access to UCLA and ideal for a graduate student with easy access to Westwood on multiple bus lines or an easy drive—or bike ride! Located just one block off Montana Avenue, you will be walking distance from coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, public transportation and just about 1 mile from the beach! You are a short drive to great hikes, yoga studios, gyms, WeWork's and even more bars and restaurants. The building is mostly older families, who are all respectful neighbors, and there are a lot of young professionals in the neighborhood. Since COVID, at least one of us has been working from home every day, with both of us working from home some days. However, we also both travel a significant amount--both for work and for fun--so you will have all, or most, of the apartment to yourself sometimes. When we are are all around, we enjoy listening to records, playing Catan, watching shows and cooking and eating dinner together, but we also respect each others privacy and live very independent lives. Looking forward to meeting our next great roommate and sharing this slice of Santa Monica with you. Utilities included.
