The building is a 59-story and 525-foot twisting tower designed by Danish architects; located in the Waterfront Beach District Neighbourhood. It is a dynamic, inverted and top-heavy architectural structure. It has ultra-fast elevators, the fastest in Canada and designated elevators that only go to the upper executive floors. Professionally furnished brand-new extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a deck with breath taking views. I will be available should any questions come up during your stay. At the base of our building you will find a spectacular organic grocery store called 'Fresh Street Market' and the convenience of London Drugs within steps as you walk out the front door. Restaurants and coffee shops all within steps to a short walk from our building. Our famous 22-kilometres seawall is at a two-minute walk straight down the street to the water. One block over is the water taxi that will take you across to Granville Island in a few short minutes. You will be closed to major bus routes and a ten-minute walk to the Yaletown Skytrain Station, which connects you to the YVR Vancouver Airport. The closest Aquabus pick-up station is at a three-minute walk from the condo and it is located on the base of Hornby Street.
