Beautiful hardwood floors and granite countertops, new paint, and a great quiet neighbor next door . Mature trees with spacious living areas with plenty of natural light . First floor has two bedrooms, a new ceramic tile bathroom, a nice open kitchen - all wood floors on level one . Basement has two bedrooms, a 3/4 bathroom, laundry, nice carpet in a large family room . Pets negotiable but $50 pet fee is required . This unit is large and shows well . Application fee $30 and we check credit (minimum score 650), employment income, and a Landlord Reference . We are OLD SCHOOL in that you will deal with a person and not a computer, you will get treated with respect because you are a person not a number, we try to work with tenants going through difficult times, and we always show our houses in person and never through a video stream. But the Landlord/Tenant relationship is a TWO-WAY street which means you treat us and our property with respect, and we will treat you with respect as well .
