. This unit is always shown in person and NEVER do you view it without a representative from our company present. This is a very nice unit so beware of anybody asking for money up front. . Recently rehabbed with new carpet and paint and in very good condition . Includes a one stall attached garage and one assigned parking spot close to the unit . Two bedrooms are on the second floor with their own private bathroom and the third bedroom is a legal bedroom with an egress window in the basement which also has a bathroom. . This is a 3-bathroom unit with each their own bathroom and also the first floor having a small half bath . Includes a private deck off Living Room and Open Floor Design in a fantastic area behind Campbell's at 56th and Pine Lake .
