Partially furnished with refrigerator, gas stove, washer, dryer, upright freezer, full size bed with night stands, couch, chair, ottoman, desk. Furnshings can be removed if you have your own but no reduction in price. Swing on front porch. Bathroom has a tub/shower. Gas stove, gas hot water heater and central gas heat. Central air plus a window unit in the back bedroom in case you like to sleep cold. Coded exterior door locks for keyless entry. Pet Policy - Pets welcome: 2 max $300 non-refundable pet deposit. Must be fully house-trained to be indoors, no aggressive breeds. Yards will be fenced soon so each unit will have thier own private yard. We already have the permit and are getting quotes on it now. We mow all the yards currently but once yards are fenced you will either need to mow your yard or we can mow for you for 20.00 each time yard needs to be mowed. Routine inspections and maintenance every 3 months. Background and credit check required. Lenient on credit score. Income must be 2.5 times the rent so about 3250 a month. No cigarette smoking indoors but vape is fine. Tenant pays utilities. Month to month lease. Stay 5 months or 5 years. Just give 30 days notice before you move. Great private landlords that take very good care of our properties and our tenants. Check out the video included and drive by.
